from 2016-2017, i was granted the opportunity to intern with cash for college (c4c) at the los angeles chapter. this organization helps students achieve their college aspirations through a three step process that informs, assists and rewards; helping more than 238,000 students and their families prepare for college and apply for financial aid.

in addition to fulfilling administrative responsibilities for their events and programs, i was also supported to develop the selected projects below which include optimized social media graphics, infographics and other materials.
fafsa completion social media marketing campaign
designed the following optimized graphics as well as the strategy for a social media marketing campaign to promote the completion of the fafsa + ca dream act. these graphics were also shared on the cash for college newsletters and their website i helped keep up to date.
infographic posters
through my former work experience with the ucla early academic outreach program, i was able to develop these infographic posters for our community partners and local lausd schools to share with their students. i designed the graphics, layout and the copy-writing with approval from the l.a. cash for college director.
event guide: beyond the diploma
in addition to fulfilling administrative responsibilities for the annual c4c convention (now called tu futuro la), i also had the opportunity to document the event through video and photography mediums. the content was then utilized for promotional marketing materials i helped design, such as the tu futuro la event guide below.

the event guide deliverable was designed through my graphic design role at the l.a. chamber. copy and data provided by cash for college and univision, los angeles staff.
